Today you can go on thrilling game drives and search for Chobe’s impressive herds of elephants – especially prolific between June and October – as well as healthy populations of buffalo and lion. The area is also home to many antelope species as well as giraffe, leopard, baboon and has an amazing bird count.

A motorboat ride on the Chobe River offers a different approach to game viewing and you are sure to see crocodiles, hippos plus one or two surprises.

During the heat of the day you can relax at the lodge, take a dip in the pool or get pampered with a wide range of professional spa treatments in the comfort of your own room.
